PAY YOUR BILL


At this time, we do not currently accept credit card or over-the-phone payments. However, for your convenience, we are accepting Automatic Clearing House (ACH) payments. ACH allows us to electronically transfer funds from your checking account to our corporate premium fund using the secure Federal Reserve Banking system. There is no need to drop the check in the mail!

To make an ACH payment, simply prepare a check payable to Fairmont Insurance in the amount owed and fax it to your account executive or account representative. If you are unsure as to whom you should fax the check, feel free to fax it to our Accounting Department at (718)906-0909. Please be sure to include a copy of the invoice or Client Acceptance Form when faxing the check to us. After faxing a copy of the check to us, you may discard the original. You don't have to mail us the original!

There is absolutely NO CHARGE for this payment method.
